I oppose the Kingston development, permit application (SAJ-2024-00967 (SP-SJF)), proposed in eastern Lee County. I am asking for a public meeting regarding the Kingston development because this development will have unacceptable impacts on endangered and threatened species, wetland ecosystems, and other natural resources.

I am also asking that the agencies complete an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) under the National Environmental Policy Act for this project due to its controversial status, substantive size, and significant impact to the environment.

And lastly and most importantly, I ask that you deny this request for a Section 404 wetland dredge and fill permit.
